Karuna Reiki(tm) / Karuna Ki

Karuna is a Sanskrit word used in various systems of oriental spirituality. The word Karuna translates as "actions aimed at diminishing suffering," or simply "compassionate action." The Karuna energy has a different feel to the Usui energy...it has a more electrical, sparkly feeling to it...although, everyone perceives energy differently. Some people say that they experience the Karuna energy to be more powerful than Usui Reiki...this if for you to decide...

Karuna Reiki(tm)

Karuna Reiki was developed by the International Center for Reiki Training in 1995. It is a system based on various channeled symbols, most used in other systems, but with a distinct energy different to other systems when used in the Karuna Reiki system. The energy works well for inter-dimensional issues, past-life issues, deep emotional and cellular healing, trauma release, self empowerment and a closer connection with the Higher Self. A total of 12 symbols are taught, each with it's own function and unique vibration.

Karuna Ki

Karuna Ki is an independent system developed by Vincent Amador. It is based on his own interpretation and experience with the Karuna symbols and energies...Although the energies and symbols are the same as in Karuna Reiki, the practice is different...Karuna Ki places more emphasis on meditation and the development of a compassionate heart... A further difference is that Karuna Ki is also taught via distance teaching...This is not the case with Karuna Reiki...

Karuna Reiki(tm) training is open to all Reiki masters...The course is taught as a 2 level masters intensive and covers the history and development of Karuna Reiki, Karuna and spiritual guidance, 8 healing symbols and their uses, 3 master symbols and their uses, chanting and toning with the Karuna energies, 2 attunements as well as the method for passing the attunements...
