Gendai Reiki ho is taught in four levels.
Level 1 - Shoden
This level intoduces the history of the Usui and Gendai Reiki systems. It explains the principles and philosophy of Reiki and introduces the student to hands on healing and various energy practices. Specific techniques covered are:
Teate - hands on healing
Nentatsu ho - sending prayers to the Higher Self
Jaki Kiri Joka ho - clearing negative energies
Shuchu Reiki - Group treatments
Renzoku Reiki - Reiki marathon
The original Usui hands positions and the 12 standardized positions
Reiki Mawashi - Reiki circle
Byosen Reikan ho - Energy sensing
Reiji ho - receiving guidance through Reiki
Reiki Undo - Reiki movement practice
Aura cleansing
Hikari no Kokyo ho - Breathing Light
Gassho Kokyo ho - Breathing with hands in prayer position
Chakra Kassei Kokyo ho - Chakra activation
Reiki shower
4 attunements will be received to open the students Reiki channel.
Level 2 - Okuden
This level introduces the student to specific ways to guide the Reiki energies and to perform healing beyond time and space. The emphasis moves to emotional / mental healing. The specific techniques are:
Hatsurei ho - a meditation to develop the Reiki channel
Uchite Chiryo ho - healing through patting with the hands
Oshite Chiryo ho - healing through pushing with the fingers
Nadete Chiryo ho - healing through stroking with the hands
Tanden Chiryo ho - Tanden healing method
Koki ho - healing with the breath
Gyoshi ho - healing with the eyes
Heso Chiryo ho - navel healing method
The three Reiki energies, their symbols and names
Seiheki Shicryo ho - natural habits healing method
Enkaku Chiryo ho - distance healing
Ketsueki Kokan ho - Blood cleansing technique
Jiko Joka ho - purifying breath
Cellular healing
Reiki Box for manifestation
